I got these for a set of Primal 2's and my new Primal 3's (which come with the newer type of cork insole by default) at a size 9.5 and they fit perfectly without any trimming. I was prepared to tweak the shape or size if needed, but I put them in and pushed the insole around a bit to ensure I got it as closely positioned to the walls of the shoe as possible and inserting my foot in each shoe did the final adjustment. I was kinda like magic, don't know how, but it was such a smooth, even swap for my old poly insoles. I got two pairs, one for the Primal 2 shoes, in which the old insole had done its duty nobly, and for the new Primal 3's to swap out the cork insoles for. I don't dislike the cork, and they are every bit as comfortable as the poly to my feet, but they retain heat far too easily for me and I like to not only put miles and steps on my feet, but I want my feet to be as comfortable and healthy as possible, and heat build-up isn't part of that plan.
