UPS Shipping (5-10 business days)

- Flat rate of $5.95 USD (US territories may incur additional fees, calculated at checkout)

- Shipments going to Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories and PO Boxes will ship via USPS.

- Our warehouse/fulfillment is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders must be placed by customers on our official website lemsshoes.com. Lems is unable to place phone orders for international orders.

For international orders, we ship via DHL Express. The flat shipping fee to all countries is $24.95. There are no additional fees for duties and taxes, guaranteed! Once shipped, typical delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Orders are shipped from our US warehouse Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders leave the warehouse 1-3 days from order date. This can be longer during busy sale periods and holidays.

When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number. It can take 12-24 hours before you can track the movement of your package.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, make changes to address, or make changes to order contents.
