Good, just narrow
I purchased these to use in other shoes because I know they are minimal but supportive insoles, and the cork surface is breathable and durable. I only wish they (and Lems shoes) came in a wide width.

cork insole
a little thick but I do think they will be nice for the winter. I did not like cutting them to size since it wasn't really easy
