WHAT ARE THEY?

Bridge Soles are designed to be a bridge from structured shoes to more natural footwear. They are specifically designed using the latest science to help people more easily adapt to lower drop, less cushioned, or more natural shoes.

Using the scientific principle of muscle tuning, Bridge Soles reduce the body's "landing response" to help keep the foot and lower leg more relaxed. This can help prevent tight calves or Achilles, or other foot and lower leg issues related to adaptation.

WHY DO THEY WORK?

Bridge Soles help the body to relax and avoid tensing up as the foot hits the ground, thanks to the plush heel cup, soft arch, and over-sized met/forefoot pad.

This relaxing of the body's landing response system is far more effective than only adding a heel lift for pulling pressure off the heel, Achilles, or calves - and for adapting to more natural shoes. This allows for less need to drastically reduce training.

HOW DO I USE THEM?

Bridge Soles are ideally intended to be stacked under existing insoles, but can also be worn alone.

Bridge Soles should be used whenever anticipating excessive soreness or discomfort.

To maximize adaptation, it is recommended to wear Bridge Soles for short or easy outings at first. After that, start removing them for both easy and moderate outings. Finally, when comfortable, remove them for hard outings as well.

Removing them when not anticipating excessive soreness allows adaptation to occur while avoiding discomfort and/or injury during the process.

Once fully adapted, use Bridge Soles like an ankle brace. Pull them out whenever the feet or lower legs have a problem or you want to avoid overloading them. Put them away when you're back to 100%.

    Work Amazing

I recently bought the Lem Boulder boots. Love them but needed alittle something. The 3/4 insole works perfect.

    Good stuff

These were exactly what I needed. Metatarsal pad and heel cushion without a dramatic drop or a painful large arch pad. I'm well adapted to zero drop shoes - owned nothing else for years - but recently had become less active and have had to build back up for longer hikes. These are a perfect tool to help my foot get stronger without injury; a recent hike with them proved so.

    Perfect for what I need

I’ve been wearing barefoot type shoes and sandals for a little over a year and I hurt my foot when wearing my sandals doing yard work 🥴 My doctor tried to get me back in a high, fluffy soled sneaker but I can’t do that anymore! These insoles give me a little more cushion without taking up the toe space that I desperately need. They’re still pretty new but I like the idea that they’ll gradually compress until I don’t need them anymore. Very comfortable and helpful to my arches!
