Minimal Poly Insole - 4.5mm

I bought the insoles because I noticed that my dress shoes were squeaky…annoyingly so. My black pair was more squeaky than my brown pair, and I thought it had to do with one being cork and the other not. It turns out the bottom side is the same. Although they are less squeaky when I walk, they still make a noticeable sound. I am not sure why your dress shoes squeak with each step, if it is the foam liner against the materials in the shoe or what, but both pairs squeak like I just came in out of the rain. I love everything else about the shoes, but man are they annoying to walk in sometimes.

I selected that I would recommend, but not fully, largely because of the squeaking. I wouldn’t NOT recommend them, but neither can I fully endorse them.

These insoles have given new life to my well loved Lems Chelsea boots. My original insoles had holes in them and were completely worn out. These new ones fit perfectly and are a nice thickness, very comfy. So glad I bought them!

Ordered these to try out as an insole alternative, because the cork insoles made my feet SWEAT in the most uncomfortable way. I've worn my trusty Balega socks with most shoes for decades and knew that they were not the problem. I can now wear my new Lems all day in a physical therapy setting without wanting to fling my shoes off and go barefoot.
