Waterproof boots
Bought this boots for my trip to Canada. I knew I would be in snow and rain all week. The boot worked just fine in Snow and rain. Kept my feet dry all week. My only advice is to have a more aggressive sole for more grip on different surfaces. Otherwise, really good boot. I also have two other pairs of Lems shoes in different styles.

My favorite ankle supporting bootish footwear
I got a pair of these for a cold weather hiking, and I like them so much I got a second pair. Hundreds of miles, many of them, hiking, some of them in snow shoes, and many just around. Very comfortable and a very rare combination of waterproof and not hot. They don’t feel like a boot, more like high tops, but they certainly function as a boot. The water proof part is very true, which it hasn’t been with all brands in my experience. Plus they look cool, I’m always getting compliments and I usually don’t in my dorky hiking attire. I generally wear very minimal shoes, and haven’t always liked what I have to use in the cold season, but these fill that role very well, including keeping my feet warm with one pair of good socks at 10°.
There was a bit of a break in period for the leather portion. They felt good the whole time, but didn’t stay tied very well until the leather was good and malleable. Will buy again. Please make the exact same thing forever Lems

Not a True Wide Fit
I know that Lems says their shoes come in 3 widths, but none of them are actually true Brannock wide fits (EE). The widest fit feels like a D. I wish they offered a true EE or EEE. Otherwise it’s a nice shoe, just the sizing sucks.
