Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Decent shoe, just not for me
I'm on the upper end of the women's sizes, so I actually ordered a mens 10 (women's 11.5) which fit well. For context, my feet are 26.3 cm long (higher volume), and I tend to like a bit more space in my shoes, so I try look for shoes with an inside length of around 27.5 cm. I have a pair of the Women's Drifter Fur in size 11 (fit great), Women's Primal 2 in size 10.5 (on the small size, I should've gotten the next size up), and Women's Primal Zen in size 11 (fit well, 11.5 probably would've also worked).
Anyways, these shoes are pretty comfortable. They have a nice cushy feel to them that I imagine would be comfortable for long periods of time on your feet. The way the tongue cut into my foot/ankle was painful. It's possible that would improve as the leather softens, but I'm not sure. It could just be the shape of my foot. These shoes definitely have a more masculine look to them than some other unisex dress shoes I've seen, and I'd say they're on the more casual end of dressy because of the bulkiness of them.
They seem like good shoes, but I will ultimately be returning them because I found another pair of dress shoes that work better for me.

Comfortable Right Away and Continue to Look Great
Like other reviews I saw before I purchased, these shoes required no wearing in. They fit great and were comfortable right away. They also look just as advertised, and are easy to keep up. A quick wipe down after a rain and they're back to looking practically new.

Nice but stiff
the fit is nice but the leather is taking for ever to soften, so comfort is an issue here.
