Being from New England and new to Barefoot shoes/boots I needed a waterproof pair. After much research on the Web I came a cross Lems Boots and decided to give them a try. Best decision I could have made. They were very comfortable right out of the box. Being a photographer, we travel a lot on foot up and down trails, hills, you name it. These not only give my ankles the support they need but the cushioning helps with the rocky terrain here in New England.

I got my first pair of LEMS early this year, the discontinued Tellurides. I loved their comfort; since then I bought low quarter shoes and now have the Boulder Waterproofs. Before they came, I knew I would love them and that turned out to be true. The leather is great and I love the moc toe. They are a bit warm after wearing them all day in the summer but that shouldn't be a surprise. I look forward to the cooler weather when I can wear them whenever I choose. LEMS is my Go To brand for rugged, barefoot-minimalist footwear. Thank you LEMS! PS, I go up one size and that's been perfect.

These are my second pair of Boulder Boots and I love them just as much as my first pair. Went with all leather and water proof this time. This pair spent their first week in Yellowstone NP. After one day of easy “break-in”, 4 busy days of site-seeing, including a couple of 5 mile hikes, the boots were comfortable and solid. I’m an old boot guy and these are definitely in my top 3 best boots ever!
