    Constant goot pain gone!

    Have been having trouble with all my old shoes hurting my feet or hip all the time. Have spent big bucks on other shoes, custom made and Birckenstock Chelsea boots as well, but they were still causing foot/hip pain. These Lems Suede Barefoot Chelsea Boots have been wonderful, no more foot or hip pain and I can wear them all day! Yay! My particulars are post menopausal, which is when all my shoes started being uncomfortable/painful, a very wide front foot, longer 2nd toes and high volume feet. These barefoot boots are the best! Note, I did go up a full size from my normal 8.5 to a 9.5, the 8.5 was too short for my 2nd toe on my slightly longer foot and I wanted to wear these with wool socks. So I recommend at least a half size bigger than usual and maybe a full size if they are for winter.

    Saved me from Plantat pain!

    I’ve been barefoot most of my life, but I switched to danskos with a raised heel for a serving job to deal with foot fatigue, which it helped. However, it while it took pressure off my feet it strained my calves and changed my gait, which gave me plantar fasciosis. I started wearing barefoot shoes but it hurt a lot after a long shift on hard floors. The Lems Chelsea has a cork insole with a couple millimeters of padding which is like walking on soft earth. This is exactly the correction I needed, and as soon as I put them on it felt therapeutic. I cannot believe how well these are working out for my particular issue and I’m so grateful for it. They are also quite cute. I got the waterproofing spray and the cleaning set to try and maintain them in a greasy kitchen… can’t review that aspect yet. Easy enough to pop on and off with or without socks. I am an 8.5 typically and bought a 9 and they are perfect. Didn’t even need to break them in.

    Best Chelsea's I've had

    They look great and are pretty comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they fit tight, not normal. The toes need more depth.

    Small fit

    I followed the sizing description, ordering the correct size based on my many other Lems footwear. When I received them, they fit very tight which I was disappointed in. Quality is top tier though, as always.
