Whether you’re heading out to log some miles, knocking out a treadmill workout, or running a 5K, the ZENSPEED+ delivers the versatility to move comfortably through it all.

At its core is our TrueFit™ last, engineered to give your toes the room they need while securely holding your foot in place, without the bulk often found in traditional wide toe box shoes. A 5mm drop and smooth rocker profile encourage an efficient, natural stride with medium cushioning. The 31mm/26mm stack height provides the perfect balance of comfort, responsiveness and ground feel.

The proprietary injected rubber outsole provides a softer foot-strike and long-lasting durability for hundreds of miles on the road. The ZENCELL™ midsole foam is engineered to deliver an energetic push-off the ground for effortless motion.

The ZENSPEED+ was designed for more than just running. From training and gym workouts, to long walks and everything in-between, it's the shoe you’ll lace up when movement is part of your routine.

The ZENSPEED+ is available in both medium and wide fit options. Note that the wide width is comparable to our original Lems wide fit (most Lems styles). For a more narrow/slimmer foot, the medium width is available.

    Great shoes for healthcare jobs

    I got Zenspeed+ to replace my Lems Primal Zen work shoes. I wanted the wide toe box but needed some extra padding as I’m on concrete flooring all day. So far the Zenspeeds Wide have been fantastic, comfy straight out of the box with a good amount of padding to protect my feet all day and nice an breathable. This is my 4th pair of Lems and I'm super pleased.

    My favorite Lems yet!

    Comfortable right out of the box! The wide fit has plenty of room for my toes to spread out. I ordered up a half size from my primal zens, and the sizing is perfect. My only complaint is color choice. The wide only had the choice of black or white, and I like getting fun colors.

    I’m not sure why a company that has been based on zero drop and foot shaped shoes gave both those things up when they created running shoes. They are narrow and they have a 5 mm drop. Not what I want.

    Love these shoes!

    I love these shoes! Extremely comfortable and great for my everyday wear. I don’t run but like these for walking. These and the hikers are my favorites with a slight raise. After knee replacement and with stenosis in the back, LEMS have been a lifesaver. I had pain in my hips that aggravated my back. After getting used to the zero drop, I am comfortable all the time. My feet never hurt, hips and back feel so much better.
