Been wearing them for work and can say these are pretty good. The comfort is right, the sizing is about right. The grippy outer soles are exactly what I was looking for. The looks are not too bad, some say it looks professional. To me it looks like skater shoes in person, I was hoping for a sleekee look, but it's fine.
There's a couple things I noted though. I'm used to pretty higher end shoes like ecco and such that are in this same price range. Lems have a nice and pleasant quality walking feel to them. Though something that struck me as odd was how short the laces are.
The laces can barely be tied properly so they come loose often because they can't be yanked tight enough because it is so short. To me this is a glaring oversight that messes with the endpoint experience and now I'm going to be forced to find the correct length of laces for these and I don't even know which length to get at the moment. Frustrating introduction to Lems.
I'm hoping these last a decent amount.

Bit squeaky
Bought these as a gift. Comfy shoes, looks great, but squeaks when he walks (-1/2 star). He works in a super quiet office. Maybe just needs to break them in.

Bought for work show in kitchens
Nonslip shoe works fairly well for wet and slick surfaces. Also looks good enough that can be worn casually outside of work too.
